Information needed before we can quote
A reliable quotation starts with the packed cargo, not only the product description. Please provide:
- Product name, material and intended use
- Number and type of packages
- External dimensions and gross weight of every package
- Supplier pickup address or city
- Destination port or final delivery postcode
- Cargo-ready date
- Incoterm agreed with the supplier
- Photographs of the product and proposed packaging
- Details of batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, chemicals or timber
If the dimensions are still estimated, the quotation should be treated as provisional until the final packing details are available.

Factory pickup and domestic transport
We can review the supplier location, loading conditions and required vehicle. Oversized pieces, machinery and fragile products require individual dimensions, weights and lifting information before collection.
Foshan warehouse consolidation
Goods from several suppliers can be received at our Lishui or Lecong warehouse, recorded and prepared for one international shipment. Each warehouse covers more than 3,000 square metres and can support labelling, sorting and palletising.
FCL and LCL ocean freight
FCL is generally considered when the cargo can use a full container or requires fewer handling points. LCL can be practical for trial orders and smaller volumes, but destination handling charges must be included in the comparison.
Air freight and international express
Time-sensitive orders may be assessed for air freight or express. Cargo restrictions, chargeable weight and destination requirements need to be checked before acceptance.
How to evaluate a freight quotation
Do not compare only the main freight number. Ask each provider to identify:
- Origin pickup and warehouse charges
- Export declaration and documentation
- Ocean or air freight and carrier surcharges
- Destination terminal and shipping-line charges
